I vote flat mount to the skid. Finish the skid, flat mount it with foam tape, and see if you like it. Really, don't thing the angle will look bad.

Yeah the plows have been struggling here. The one 2wd dump truck was stuck on my street for almost 2 hours today. I think we've got about a legitimate 1-1/2 ft. Woke up to about 10in this morning.

the plows made a bunch of pass's about 8 pm.. I just went out for an hr and a 1/2 and shoveled all my heavy, wet, sh*t to the other side of the street.. so when it freezes on the overnight, I'll be good to get Mutt out tomorrow.... had 4 neers in the process, now to finish off the other eleventy.....

I think it's turning out pretty neat.. as usual, a production piece it is not.. I could never break even let alone be profitable.. I'll have over 100 hr's in it by the time it's done..... 
but that sammich deal BLOWS away ANYTHING you could buy from our vendors/the web.. handsdown...
but it's time consuming as he!!.. well, at least when ya don't have a plasma table, etc.... 
chompin at the bit to get it back on the rig painted..

Glad u didn't loose power! The inlaws were on the genny off of Butler for most of the day. Glad I got them an interlock and all set up. A.quick pull start and they had power all day. Me. I've been at my fort with the Mrs all day. JD and coffee this am. Then jack on the rocks the rest of the day. Nice and toasty!

Yeah I would imagine the guys like you who had water had things fixed up pretty nice. Friends in Barnegat were talking about flooding and lots.of.power loss. Glad ur good. Hopefully be in the area next weekend.

the bumper is done.. just needs primer and paint. waiting on that RG delivery...
the skid is presentable.. could use a bit more wetsanding before I mount it to the painted bumper.. but none the less, here's the skid for now.. hopefully brown santa will be dropping off RG tomorrow...
