good eye.. ;) yeah, I've been lazy with that panel... next time I take the bumper off, I'll paint it..

at some point down the road, I'll build a bumper for it.. I have a good idea of what I'd like to do, but that'll be a few yrs from now.. I'll be back building/finishing the K5 before that happens..

Please dont take offense cuz the quality of your work is awesome, But that looks like poop

when you get a chance shoot some pics where we can see the whole truck with the new grill prominent...also one straight on that is lower to the ground so the pumpkin is easily seen....get the full effect of the "red balance" that way

oops...I see you already did that in an earlier pic...looks good

I think it looks real good, except the yellowed out blinker lights. Maybe some new nice clear ones would really set it off. I know all thats probably way on down the trail, but just my thoughts. Like you said, to each his own.

I like it. leave the grill grey imo, too much black would ruin the effect. I think that is just enough grey to make the black look that much better.

and I agree with whoever said it makes the duck "pop". now that there is some color nearby that matches the duck it helps make the duck look like part of the truck rather than something cool you just stuck on. ya know?

I had a pair on the order when I did the grill, but decided to hold off due to finances....

thanks guys.. some outdoor shots.... definitely need to dull down the black, but I'm liking it...

thanks.. props to you for some cool rigs.. I ran a 77 Power Wagon back in the 80's...

what do you think of the emblem counter shading?

I like it cuz it's kind of subtle... but it would also be easier to read if it was the opposite, orange center and black outer edge..

I like it as you have it!
Wouldn't change a thing...
Spent a pile of time going through your builds.....wow is all I can say!

A complement from someone who has done the impressive work you have is definitely appreciated!

Cool that so many guys on here have interesting past experiences with the old Power Wagons.
I had my fun with it and love seeing the wife with a big grin every time she drives it!

yeah, the boy's can confirm my mopar background and my tendency to pronounce the Cuda body as "THE BEST HOTROD SHEETMETAL EVA!!!!!" to the point of making them all wanna punch me square in the mouth.... :doah: :haha:
