well, after flipping this thing over a few times by myself in the shop for finish welding and such....
I'd "guess" the current weight to be about 300 lb's... I can dead lift it off the ground, but barely... flipping it over is an adventure...
one issue I did not foresee is that I had one of the guys from work stop over to get it off the truck and into the garage.. that was NOT easy as you need to angle it to get it thru the door...
but now that we're going on layoff, it's gonna be more difficult to get peeps over here... tho I may have my bosses stop by on the way home from the boat factory.. more on that in a sec...
with 3 people it would be easy and not get all scraped up... gonna be a week or so till I'm ready to put it back on the rig.. I'm REALLY not sure if I can/could do it with the engine hoist by myself.. or at all.. it's conceivable, but it'll be an undertaking for sure.. i'll see what happens...
that's the side work I have coming up for my time off... our company is opening back up our production factory.. so 2 to 4 days a week down there.. gonna finish up the one hull down there.. it's ready for motors...
here's what they look like..
just ordered 2 of these for it...
