no, it's part of the actual pickup that goes in the tank... next to where the tubes go thru there's a plastic thru-connector that the fuel pump plugs into inside the tank.. and a plug outside the tank for the harness up the frame..
both of mine fail continuity tests.. one was bad when I got the rig, now the other has gotten sketchy too... this fix will work fine till I get the new tank made... (actually, it's the same method i'll be using in the new custom pickup for the new tank)
it just needs to be brass for conductivity..... I'm sure Square Deal hardware a couple towns south of here will have it, but with no brakes in the DD, it's a bit further than I want to drive till I fix em....


I could paint a car in the material it takes to paint all that tube...


they are actually medium sized, not large.. being the folddown doors are only 7.5" high, these will fit perfect... very happy with the choice, now I just have to cut lot's of rectangle holes!![]()
