thanks... I was glad to bang the bumper out before all this starts... cuz this week is gonna be nuts.....

I've been kinda puppy proofing the house for a couple months... well, this morn I decided it wasn't good enough and revamped a ton of stuff.. no cords, nothing on floors, baby gates, everything up high,yada, etc.. not only that but I decided to reorganize and throw out tons of stuff in closets, shelves, etc....... threw out so much cr@p I've had sitting around for years... house looks amazing right now...

I need to have EVERYTHING done by weds night.. that includes some last minute puppy runs for dog food and such... plus I need to completely clean and organize the garage.. my tools are ALL over the floor, want to sweep and vac the floor, etc.... I want the LAB™ taken care of now, so it's ready when I need to go back to work, go down load my tool bag's in the truck, Malakai, and go to the marina...

I go for the first carpal tunnel thurs.. so I don't want to have to plan on doing anything fri and sat before I go pick him up sunday.....


and yeah, I'm beyond excited for him to come home... I find myself staring at his pic for like 10 minutes here and there.....

oh, and a bit of bad news... it APPEARS that Moeller is no longer making Ryoken Green.. or yellow.... my boss tried to order some for me yesterday, and it's listed as discontinued......

it's about 2 1/2 hr's... Mohnton Pa.... out past Pottstown... up on a mountain.... her driveway is like a luge run...

she has 6 adult sheps in the house..... she owns an insurance company and is pretty well off by the looks of the house...

VERY cool pup Paul, love the thick coated dogs, I'm partial to Husky/Malumutes but Shephards are a great dog.
And Mohnton, was just there last Oct for the NHRA race...it was chilly! Cars had a hard time figuring out the track between the rain, clouds, sun, temps in the 40's...tuners nightmare or dream, I was hoping to see a Nat'l record set because of the "mineshaft" conditions.

yeah, that PBS boat place i ordered from charged my card the money on 1/21 for 4 cans, and I haven't heard a peep since.. no tracking, no nothing yet... if I don't see it by the end of the week, i'll have to call and scream at em...

yeah, that's part of why I chose him, kinda had this calm confidence about himself.... confidence is VERY important in a dog.. most aggressive problems stem from fear and weak nerves...

Do you need a kennel? I have a folding wire kennel just sitting here if you want it. It's about 24" w x 30" h x 3' l w/ a plastic liner.

I'm good, thanks... got a nice big foldable one from Midwest Crates. it has an adjustable wall so you can start it out small....



Ryoken - washed Mutt today.... and built the temp back bed/kennel area for Kai in said rig.. consisting of layering 7 moving blankets to make the rear floor flat and soft..

tho I'm not sure which rig will get more duty at first.. the black 2wd will be the choice for bad weather marina days and most working days in general.... till the real kennel in Mutt is built with the ramp.... I just wanted to have Mutt set up too for cruising around with him...

I came up with the name 30 yr's ago from the movie Children of the Corn... had never heard it before, and said to my bud, "that'd be a great name for a dog"..... than proceeded to get a girl Rott.. but I fulfilled my promise to myself to get a boy dog named Malakai....


might take some pics of Mutt out and about town tomorrow with it's new bumper... didn't realize HOW perfect the design is for the rig till I was walking back to it at the supermarket today...
haven't really driven it since x-mas, but had it out rompin today... definitely a bit more road-noise since I ripped all the carpet out....

I know the excitement factor though. After a year without a furry thing in the house, I was sooo impatient to get my girls. I picked 'em up on New Year's Day and was practically dancing all the way home.
