Going to start body work, cab corners, rockers, rust free bed and a fresh coat of paint. It will take a bit to get finished.

A few extra things were done, new clear headlights with lifetime led bulbs. Removed the driving lights and wired the whole lower light to be a parking/ turn signal. Ss tailgate protector thats color matched, 20x10 xd pike wheels with titanium finish. New gm front fender liners, air scaled the frame and painted it satin black. Wet sanded and buffed the whole truck yesterday. So far so good, this week rough country rear fender liners come to clean up that area.

Going to be changing a few things on the hd. Nothing crazy but it needs to be done. 1st job is the oil pump, my oil pressure hot is 30 and 50s, id like higher 30s and 60s. It needs the high volume high pressure instead of just high volume. I bought a melling 10296, screen and gaskets. With these motors the timing cover comes off to get to it. So the water pump, pan, balancer etc comes off.

Also bought metalcloak joints for the 4 link up front. The balistic fab joints have been loosening up and with the weather they have been in are rough to adjust. I'll probably clean em up and sell em. I think these joints will serve their purpose much better.

The steering the current steering arm seems short with the turning radius. The ord steering arm is matched with the pitman I bought so that should work much better. So I bought their arm and joints to go with it. That gets my whole steering setup new, since the rest was replaced not long ago.

The 19 1500 is also getting heated leather seats and a leather wrapped wheel. Also I'm taking out the pedal commander and the range afm module and have a pulsar lt. That way I can adjust tire size etc.

That Pular thing, is that a hand held tuner?
Yea but these trucks the pcm is locked differently, gm did a extra good job..lol. To get a real tune for the last 2 years you needed to send your pcm to hp for an unlocked one for 1200.00. Now u can send it out and they unlock it with a hand held for 700 but its traceable. With having an extended warranty I can't do either. So the pulsar atleast gets me a few things and isn't traceable, it plugs in under the hood, no hand held tho since it works with the cruise control and speedo for setup. I get to adjust tpms, tire size, turn off afm, adjust throttle sensitivity and speed limiter. I'd like to adjust all of em except the limiter, no need to go 100 in this..lol.

Metal cloak joints came In along with the ord steering arm, joints and a wfo pitman arm. Also put the pulsar in the 19, works great. No more afm, throttles real touchy and the tire size is updated.

Lol, the 19 has really grown on me. Dont get me wrong the custom package really lacks... led headlight swap and the icon kit made it a whole different truck . Interior lacks but with adding now heated leather I feel it will be perfect.
