eh... run the 2 sets... keep whatcha got for street.. and get some boggers for the trail running
well thats one thing i dont like either....my tires i have now suck on the street...they`re steel belted radials, they suck when they`re cold, especially on the highway(the seem to wonder a bit)....and i`d rather go with the 12.5sKGsK5 said:eh... run the 2 sets... keep whatcha got for street.. and get some boggers for the trail running
spoolnaround said:Good tire. Work as well or better than a BFG, not too loud but wear a little faster.
If you dont mind noise try a Ground Hawg.
am i likely to get many street miles out of those???spoolnaround said:It has been mentioned.
Oh yeah, but they are pricey.BIGBLAZE433 said:am i likely to get many street miles out of those???

same thing happend to my friend in his brand new dodge heavy duty... he had the 35x12.50r17 and the back right blew out on his way to new mexico. cost him a pretty penny.cbbr said:I have a good friend with 33" pro-comp x terrains on his heep. They have worn very quickly on the road. and the heep does not come close to the weight of a FSC.

sounds great... but i just wanted to tell you that you could run some 37's for only 199 a piece.BIGBLAZE433 said:well, gentlemen, i think i have made my decision...thanks to steve kibbe, and anyone else who recommended running two sets of tires....
i can get 33x12.5 tsl`s for 156 a piece....sounds like a plan

then i will sell my tires i have now, or do a partial trade, and get some good a/ts
www.ntwonline.com is having a sale on dc fc-II's. idk about the tire... but thats a hell of a deal. i wish i would've know about it before i shelled out $350 per tire in that size

The Ground Hawgs? Wow. I may be spoiled. I paid $178 a piece for my 35" Goodyears from Wally World, 4WP wanted like $ 220 per tire, but that was a year and a half ago. 4WP seems quite proud of ther tires.BIGBLAZE433 said:well they dont seem too too bad....only 10 $ a piece more for my size then BFG muds from 4WP
