Somebody here is tracking Chalets...not sure if this one is accounted for?

The second one says sleeps 5.
I don't know what he is putting in it, babies maybe.
2 in the upper cott and 2 cozy in the bed max

And 14k...:doah::yikes:
If it has the optional upper bunks that set into the side walls it probably could. I think they were only good for kids though. Our resident Chalet guru's may correct us both, but that's what I remember.

14k is steep too.

I had one with that and as I said kids yes, not adults.
And mine was a clean original 80k miles, zero rust, all the options that were available and I sold it for $2500, the same price I paid 10 years before.

Always glad to see new spottings and/or update alerts on these! I'm bogged down with other things, and I miss lots of 'em. Regarding the Las Vegas one, I noted its unsold status back in November in this post reply and regarding the Phoenix one, that's the same rig (overposted against Craigslist rules?) in the Orange County Craigslist that I noted several posts above.

The sellers can't unload these yet because they have not yet figured out how hugely overpriced their rigs are. Takes quite a while, sometimes, before they realize these are not $5 garage-sale Tiffany lamps that are appraised on Antiques Roadshow for $90 grand.

I think I was just short enough to be able to lay down on the folded-down dinette seats without either my feet or head hitting the side walls, but I never had the chance to unfurl the upper bunks in my former Chalet #1747 and try 'em out. With my lousy luck, that's probably where the prior owners taped down their stash of $100 bills.

Meanwhile, if you think $14k for the all-tan #1460 is steep, the guy started out at $28k in his very first Craigslist and OfferUp ads in mid December.

I've been watching this one for almost a month. Think about it. It's painted like a Bengal tiger...Cincinnati Bengals.... He's been pushing it pretty hard here in CO and no takers, why not list in Cincinnati and hook some football nerd that wants to tailgate with it?

It's not a Four Wheel pop-up camper either. It's a Hallmark Camper. By what I've been finding on the Blazer campers, the Hallmark has lower production numbers than the FWC like mine or the Chalets. I actually dig the interior setup to it but the whole truck needs a couple gallons of any other color paint to cover the hideous paint scheme on it now. Plus he needs to cut the price in half if he thinks he's going to sell it to anybody.

Not many have noticed on the Tiger.. That's a full convertible K5 that the camper is on.

I did and said something about it, I believe in the craigslist add or somewhere where it was posted before.

Flippers..... why does it always have to be flippers?

This one is #0914 built in 9/76, and is yet another one which can't seem to remain sold to a good home. Back in 8/7/16, it was shown as a 21-bid "reserve not met" on ebay where the price only got up to $4651, and on 8/15/16 it was shown as sold for $5,000 after 52 bids -- but the very same ebay seller had it listed at the Facebook page for Square Body Syndicate Classifieds on Jan 29th of this year for $5900. One of the first places I saw it listed was in a Wheelsforyoukansas classified in August 2008 for $3500. And after all this time, I see zero improvements done to it, apart from it being a bit more shiny. Looks like the current flipper will have to do a bunch of markdowns to get rid of it.

(day later edit) But wait, now there's more. Didn't spot it 'tll today, the seller also has it on ebay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/254192668235 . This should be entertaining. Claims the front seats are in good shape, but the question is whether that type of all vinyl seats were factory correct at all for the '77 model year. What I've seen in these is the plaid cloth seats. These particular seats are not original in this rig, its prior 2016 ebay auction (snagged at this aggregator site) showed it with cloth van-style seats with fold-down armrests.

Thanks! Yep, this is Casa Grande #0687, dating back to another alert about it here in post #s 77/78. The seller is simply in denial that he has a rig probably barely worth over a grand for the shape it's in. Desperate seller, he even has it on consignment in Michigan for a higher price. Been popping up in other western states Craigslist ads, too, on random occasions.

Didn't meet reserve with final bid of $8500. Now it's back on with no Reserve starting at $7000 with Buy It Now of $8750.

From what I've generally seen in ebay listings of these, the 2nd / 3rd / 4th listings always have incrementally lower prices while the bidders go out and do some research on these between listings. I suggested to the seller via an ebay PM that he/she take the money and run if they get anything over its prior Facebook listing of $5900, assuming they paid equal or less than that. With all the help it needs in restoration, it ain't even worth that much.
