Swettysblazer's 1991 K5 Trazer: ONE TONS!

Do you still have the factory Rally's? It would look a lot better with them, than with those dated aluminum rims. Otherwise it is a damn nice looking Blazer.

Thats funny that you said that, I was going to put them back on this weekend because I am home now haha. So they are going back on, and you're right I like the look of them a lot better.

Thanks for the compliment, needs a lot of work but what doesn't with these trucks?

Actually I like the wheels that you got on it... I like rallys too but....:dunno:

Will look good either way.

I think the rallys painted black like u got em look the best. More classic look to them.

Nice truck man.

Funny how not too long ago you couldn't give away a set of rally's or even the plain 15x8 stockers. White steelies were lame!

Now the retro look is coming back and suddenly Rally anythings are rare and desirable. Even seeing more plain white wagon wheel steelies being rocked.

Rallys are back on with the 33's, took the aluminum rims off and the 35's are staying off for now...

Got some work done on the truck the past few days.
I rebuilt the rear drums, and the truck stops 10 times better now, its nice having some rear brakes. One side of the wheel cylinders on each wheel was frozen, so only one shoe was contacting the drum. Also tightened up the steering box and did some routine maintenance.

And here's a pic with the 33's and rallys

Looks great man. I love that look with lots of wheel well. :D

Thanks buddy. Its growing on me too. I think I am gonna look for a decent set of 33's for now, these are about dead.

That looks good, but the 35's and the outlaw2's look cooler.
Don,t matter though!!
It's sweet

They'll probably go back on in the future once I get some 3/4 tons with deeper gears.

Semi-float 14 bolt and 6 lug front...

I might have a line on a 14Bff now though. We'll see

So the truck is on hold for now until I get home from school. I have a Ranger for my DD now, and the truck is sitting in Jersey while I am in Rhode Island. Hopefully, I am getting a MIG soon so I can really fix the rust issues that this thing has.

On that note, has anyone dealt with CLassic Industries? In regards to their sheetmetal, is it decent quality? I have heard horror stories about LMC and would like to try and avoid them. Any input towards this would be appreciated.

Also, I think I am going to put the 35's on the rally's, we will see how that goes.
