Swettysblazer's 1991 K5 Trazer: ONE TONS!

Hey Cupcake, did you check the fluid when you didn't have OD to see if it looked foamy or anything?

I did Paul. No issues, and it didn't smell burnt as well. I talked to my tranny guy, and he said that it the kickdown valve could have been stuck. This happened to me last time as well, but it kicked back in about halfway home.

I think you might have to fight Adam for it :deal:

He can has when I'm done with it and get a Detroit

Or do I just save that money and put it towards a Detroit... Hmm decisions decisions. Brian, you really wanna buy that lockright? I do get paid Thursday.... Maybe I should be detroit shopping...

Didn't need that mental image :eek1:

He's a skinny focker, I can take him :haha:

Like I said dude, its your call. You let me know what you wanna do and I'll plan accordingly.

Got the Lockright today, thanks again!

Also did a little bit of work to the truck. One of my sliders wasn't mounted the strongest way possible, so I fixed that up a little bit and now she's a little more secure. I also welded a couple tabs on to my tailpan repair because the welds cracked on the tailgate posts and it was flexing pretty good. A little work with the old Hobart and she is good to go. Also swapped out one of my rear tires to fix a wicked vibe I had going on.

For the next trip, I'm gonna be putting the Lockright in and rocking that. Also thinking about a set of rock rings for the wheels cause I bent a rim pretty bad on the last trip out. We'll see.
