Swettysblazer's 1991 K5 Trazer: ONE TONS!

I went with the 20 and am really happy with it, I loaded it up with my k5, two dirt bikes, and my quad and it hauled it all beautifully across the country.:waytogo:

This thing kicked my ass today. Got a DIY4X shackle flip from a member here and went to put it in.... Got one side off and lightly bolted in. I feel like an old man, my back is shot :doah:

the first 2 albums rocked.. High n' Dry was an amazing album..

than they brought the ghey selloutness with Pyromania and it just got WAY worse after that......

Shackle flip is on the truck.... I need to move the hangers up. My shackle angle is completely vertical. After this, it's trailer time....

Have you driven it after the swap? If not take it out and flex the rear a little. I had a similiar issue with my 52 swap, after flexing the front the spring arch flattened out and I lost an inch or so of lift and the shackle angle got worst.

Pics won't work for me. But pretty sure this is the same trailer we have. Absolutely love it! Truck fits between the fenders with the 38.5s on. I have to drive up one side when I have the 42s on

That looks perfect. I love the width and fenders. Saweet chit there:waytogo:

the pj buggy hauler is the name, I bought it because of the full width deck and drive over fenders, plus the 10k version has brakes on both axles.

Yup, that's what I have. Very nice setup. Leaves some extra room in the front in case you wanted to bring a atv or something. We were thinking of mounting a tool box up front

you can fit quite a bit, when we moved I loaded it down. a quad, dirtbike, my headache rack, 5 more 37's, the stock tailgate and the blazer were on the deck.

PJ trailers are good units. I would never buy new though. I hope to be upgrading from my 18' to a 36 foot gooseneck within the next year or two.

it all depends on the area, in Oregon I just couldn't find what I wanted for a good enough price. most were 7k and 18ft with narrow decks and they wanted near new prices.

Yes it does. There are 10 trailer places within 20 miles of me, and all of them want an absurd price for a new unit. Even 7k's are 2grand. I built mine for 400 bucks including new tires. Its a 7k, but it does its job.

Yeah, everything around here is like 2500 for something I can see through the deck on. I figure it might be good to buy new this way I know everything is good to go.
