Do everything possible to shift weight to the back. Horton is or was pretty much what your building when I had the cab. Longer but the same principles apply. Putting a blazer gas tank back there helped alot.
Not sure how much shipping would be, but I have a pretty new tank you could have.

Thanks for all the advice so far guys... Got a set of DIY motor mounts and some other stuff on the way. Hopefully see about getting a truck crossmember sourced or built soon, and then the thrash begins.

Yup. I have the 31 gallon tank & I fill it up every trip even though I dont need that much fuel, do it mainly for the weight
I know what he should be getting..... I offered it to him but he hasn't said he'd like to take it yet.
