Got a little more done last night. Got the seat bases in and working smooth, should have the seat backs this weekend. Also change out the turn signal and new dash bezel.

Got my seat back this evening from being recovered. Now I can finish the interior this week.:D

Thanks, It's been a pain in the butt to get them recovered in the factroy stuff, so they would be just like they were orginally
 
Thats something im dreading when i have to get the seats done in my burb... Those look like they turned out great though! Good job on not cutting corners!
 
Thanks, they weren't cheap to do this way. My guy said it would not hurt his feelings if he didn't see another set of those kind of seats with that material again. I should get another one and take him the seats just for the fun of it.:haha:
 
Got the back seat back together and installed tonight.

So just need to get the door inserts in and some minor touch ups and the interior is done.:D :D :D :D
Feels great to have finally made this much progress. I think it will actually get back on the road after all these years. (Use to wonder if I would ever get this done.)

Next stage of this build will be:

what year silverado are your front n rear seast outta? I want reclining front seats so bad!!! Im gonna start lookinf for a wrecked 07 + silerado or sierra and get the seats outta it. I have an 07 GMC Sierra and love the seats!!!

They are the the factroy seats that come in my K5, just had them recoverd.
 
looks awesome. I wish my interior was grey now! When you were redoing the seats, did you have to do anything to the sliding bases? Or were they in good condition already?

My red interior is in pretty good shape but the seat bases aren't perfect. The driver's side seat won't fold and slide for getting into the back
 
The fold and slide is only on the passenger side...there isn't anything wrong with your driver's seat.

Yup, the drivers seat just tips forward. My '90 is the same, as were the couple of other 86 up seats I've had in the past.
