The 2nd pic looks good to me. The 1st makes me wonder how hot the floor will get. Maybe it's just the perspective of the picture.

I stuck some of this stuff on the cab above the exhaust. Kinda spendy if I remember but it works well. It’s heavy duty aluminum bonded to some type of insulation looks like fiberglass then a peel and stick stuff. Need to clean sheet metal or is won’t stick well.

If you remember a number or where you got that, that would be cool

That's the stuff that @mrk5 told us about which he put under the cab on his crew. I put it on the bottom of my '90 trans tunnel.

Looks good Mark. That is my favorite way to route the tailpipe(s). Once I started doing them like that I stopped breaking my exhaust off road. :waytogo:

I run some of that stick on heat shield under the drivers side floor of my cab. Made a BIG difference.

Exhaust looks good

Came out nice Mark, I'll have to spend some time and reroute mine that way I hate how it's under my cmember. Time is the key here

Maybe 8 total hours on just the side. Getting the header on and off for each fitment and working my way over the clocked t case was most of that
I suspect I can do the drivers side in half that

Yea one sides always harder. I figure with the bends I already have I can cut and index most of it but I'm definitely adding V bands! :waytogo:
Just make sure when you weld those, assemble the set and tighten the clamp so it doesn’t warp
Then mark it with a blue sharpie so it’s indexed just in case
