Yeah actually. Cleaned the brushes and rotor on the grey one. That bastage is 30 YO, refuses to die.
The Mikita has a break in the 120v line somewhere in the cord, switch and motor ohm out ok. Just needs power.
Im one of those that owns too many grinders...

I had one hf grinder for 4 years of thrashing and one of the brushes blew up. I went and bought another one at hf...it came with extra brushes so now I have two lol. Soon ill have 3 hahaha.
I have one HF grinder but it's a POS in comparison to the hitachi.
