I would too sometimes, but my combo most of the time granny was too deep and revved the engine out quick. I suppose a tall tire would negate that.

There was a couple of long uphill pulls I almost had to drop to granny the truck slowed so much. Chasing Larry up hwy 9 past 11 mile had me 25 minutes behind by the time I hit 285. Nothing short of a diesel can out pull his 8.1 combo up the hills and passes. I don't think he ever got out of 5th.
