Could push the axle forward if you need a little more clearance at the rear of the opening? Have to mess with your driveshaft anyway.
 
my buddy runs 38" tsl swampers and he had 6" lift /1" body and stuffed them up in fenders hard .

did a zero rate and moved his axle 1.5" forward and no more problems.

now he has gone down to 4" lift and still no problems.

So I'm 2" forward on 5" lift, no body lift. Should be close
 
So those of yous with doublers , feel free to post pictures of your cross members.

Not feeling like re-engineering the wheel...
