We just put together an sm465 and that same bearing seized in the case. Real pain in the ass. All new parts and it still got us. Had to torch it out.
I did get it out. Heated the crap out of it after I had tension with the puller.

Last one I did came out with 2 cantilevered screw drivers.

Never can tell

It finally gave up and let the gear set out. Took me 6 hours to pull 3 bearings. And yes I have the proper tools...

Every now and then one has to remind you where you started from.

Either way, have the output shaft stripped and the reusable parts set aside for a rainy day. Next I'll do the same to the 10 spline and make a decent 32 spline out of the best parts.

Trying to come up with something ingenious to do with the spare 465 case...

15 minutes after we talked earlier, the pump that I am running suffered main hydraulic pump failure...

There are two hydraulic pumps, one runs the concrete pump, augers, water tank pump. This is the main pump. The secondary pump runs the boom and outriggers.

I know it isn't your fault. I'm just picking on you because you are the last guy I talked to before ka-put...
