2003 Silverado 5.3 filter. Threaded connections on both ends. Super available due to the commonality over multiple years. The part number
25171792 should cross reference to most part store brands too.

Looks just like the TBI and 90's truck filters. Makes me curious if they are essentially the same thing.

Edit: Just did some more research and I'm 99.9% sure that is the correct adapter size if you want to convert to 6AN fittings.

Either Jegs, Summit, Amazon or Ebay. Other brands carry that same adapter. Sometimes ebay or amazon is cheaper if you order less than $100 when it comes to shipping/handling.
