Peeled the exhaust system back off
Welded up the passenger header on the bottom by 1/4" and ground it clean so that the ports match the heads. Then used Ultra Black and reattached the header, sealed all the V bands, and cut the pipe off the frame after building a few more hangers back on the end

I've heard of people bolting a strap across to stop that happening.
How do you know it's pushing out? Making noise or pushing the seal out?
I think you can see that center cap pushed out.

Yep, with the strap, still worked out 1/8”.
I smacked it back in with a hammer. This 205 has been a pain in the ass since day one. I honestly might build another

That ultra black gonna hold up to the heat? Thought the ultra copper was meant more for high temp.

so the steel strap is between the case and the retainer correct? That's some decent force to bend 1/4" steel......
That's what I was thinking. If you reinforce the strap and keep that pressure inside it might break something else. Of course, that might make diagnosis easier. LOL
