My blazer was leaking so bad before I fixed it that I got sick of using power steering fluid and atf so I just started pouring in any motor oil I had. 10W30 15W40 they all worked fine. Not so much in the winter though.
 
Cut the bumper bolts off. Those carriage bolts are a pain in the ass. @stan1688 is using templates for his bumper business Four by Design, so I checked them against the 77 frame

gonna weld the captured nuts on the back, it’s all impact on and off at this point...

Yeah moved the bottom of that lip in a little more than an inch. Hopefully save the tire
