The Camper Thread

Starting to look like something.

The wife wanted to wall paper of the little bit of wood paneling it had. I'm not a fan of it. But whatever I guess.

Picked up a bunch of industrial flooring for cheap from a recycle place. Have enough to do the bunk in it as well. Looks less white trash now :rotfl:

I'm not sure on the wallpaper, but getting rid of the dark wood makes it look way bigger and brighter in there so overall I'd call that a win

I like the idea of adding the "hardwood" flooring. I may steel that idea as my linoleum makes it look a little dated. Plus that would bring my floor up to my door threshold and would make it easier to sweep out.

Don't go overboard on the weight. Otherwise I don't think you can go wrong. Easy sweeping FTW!

Not for a 30 year old camper. We dont want the hassle of dealing with old appliances. Just a place out of the rain and dry place to sleep is what we want.

All we've ever done is tent, it gets old fast in the rain IMO. We did use my topper on the sassy sierra to sleep in a few times. But it's not that useful for anything but sleeping while camping.
That's a good plan!

Well it stands fairly stable on the jacks. Glad I moved the front ones out 4"/side. Would be a real tight squeeze otherwise.

Will have to actually make some kind of belly mounts for the rear. But it'll do for the weekend :saweet:
