I like the idea of adding the "hardwood" flooring. I may steel that idea as my linoleum makes it look a little dated. Plus that would bring my floor up to my door threshold and would make it easier to sweep out.
I'm just going with the cheaper snap together stuff, it's pretty light weight. Plus, the floor space isn't crazy large.Don't go overboard on the weight. Otherwise I don't think you can go wrong. Easy sweeping FTW!

That's a good plan!Not for a 30 year old camper. We dont want the hassle of dealing with old appliances. Just a place out of the rain and dry place to sleep is what we want.
All we've ever done is tent, it gets old fast in the rain IMO. We did use my topper on the sassy sierra to sleep in a few times. But it's not that useful for anything but sleeping while camping.
