The headache build..

You run a jesel belt drive in the sand, no issues with that? I use the same TIG wire for my pointer... :saweet:

Came with the motor. Don't appear to be any problems. However Jesel does sell a cover to go over the belt drive which they recommend for my application. The cover doesn't work along with the belt driven fount mount distributor.
The coil on plug that could work with the MSD power grid is big money.

The IGN1A coils are good for about 3000 HP or so, that's what I run, you don't really need the expensive Pro600 DIS. I have customers running both, but the Pro600 guys are all major boost on methanol.

I had to run power directly to the coils, but now Holley/MSD have the "big wire" kit for the IGN1A smart coils that makes it easier to hook up, using a crank trigger and cam sync.

That looks pretty bad@ss even that way, except I don't think those tires are going to hook. ;) :waytogo:

It focused on the thread and not the porcelain, how is the piston, did it take that out too?

I have never pushed it that far with my own stuff, I'm still on pump gas.

I've seen a lot of it with friends stuff though, sometimes it takes the piston out too, sometimes the ground strap is gone and everything else is fine. I've even seen a large chunk of the cylinder wall melted out, but not all the way through, strange. The worst is when the block, crank, cam, and rods are all in chunks all over the place.

Yeah, we haven't taken anything apart yet to find out how bad it is. All the other plugs had oil on them. We sorta know what went wrong. It is a tune we ran all the time, but the motor was under a HEAVY load due to a tight torque converter. We were forcing the thing to move but it didn't want to.
Anyway, a picture.
