The headache build..

Look at the bright side, the top of the rod looks ok. :doah:

Hopefully just new pistons and you are good...

Have you had your nitrous system flowed? These days its way easier to get a tune on with a flowed system. I flow my systems, but I don't flow other brands.

Someone like Steve Johnson at Induction Solutions who flows any brand system and then provides up to date tune info would significantly reduce the chance of that happening again.

It has been flowed by Applied, in fact Applied installed the system for the previous owner. We didn't get any jets though, so we sent the system to be flowed and new tunes a couple years ago.

Those wheels and tires look awesomely light.

Got any new vids of the sand drags?

We haven't ran it since April. Last time we took it out, Alternator went out and our battery is at it end of its life. We get it fired up, but it battery would drain in the lanes.
The belt was still on but flipped. I took the alternator to get checked, but it was fine.:dunno:

I put on our old alternator on with a new belt and 4 gauge cable (old cable was 6 gauge) and it works fine.

I don't think we have uploaded videos our few runs before we broke down because we were running way slower due to the wrong torque converter. Right now, we have one torque converter way too loose, and one way too tight. The torque converter company can't turn our "tight" converter back to where it was at because they got rid of our old stator with a mechanical diode. The keep sending back to us with a fixed stator. (From what we can tell from the data).

Doesn't it overheat the trans extremely fast with the spragless converter, do you have to tow it to the pit area?

We try to tow it, since we only have 3 gallon fuel cell. Plus race fuel is expensive. We can coast quite a distance when we shut it down. One year, how the turn off lane and camp was set up, I almost coasted almost back to ours pits.

Had a race last weekend, ran a personal best.
I will update this weekend because I don't have time now.
Friend's kid made a video so I going to post that. His order is wrong, first pass is actually my last which was 3.78.
