The Jimmy build, beat and rebuild with very few updates.

On the shock that I bent the shaft on. Seal lasted a year. But finally gave up. An O ring started leaking on a rear, so doing that one also.

I rebuilt the 2 shocks. New seals and fluid throughout. Wierd thing is, the right front corner sat 2" or so too high.???????

Figured something was hung up. Could not find anything. I did not turn the preload ring. Did not switch front to back as I did them one at a time.

2 years ago, I had to run the preload ring down to level the truck because I assumed a coil was going bad. Never messed with it even when I changed the bent shaft. Could not figure out what was wrong.

Finally ran the preload ring up to match the other side and everything is level. No idea why it did this.

Also fixed the trans adapter bolts that kept coming loose. Was going to put longer bolts and capture nuts in. Not enough clearance on the back side for a nut. So lock washer and locktite will have to do.

Also used my new, as of August, wire clamp tool on a weepy power steering line. Screw type clamps always left a flat spot in the hose. So the tube was always wet. Worked great.

All of the bags have been organized and packed. Took pictures so I know what is in each bag.

Ready for Moab memorial weekend.
