what kind of dual tanks you plan on ?
stockers wont fit if you move the springs like I did . unless you custom hang them under the cab lower to clear the floor pan .
I am going for a 31 gal blazer tank my self if I cant make the 40 gal van tank fit easy I have already .
as for bed I have a reg old mass produced flatbed that I will cut down to the size I need . as its a bit chunky now and needs rework anyway .
I plan on using the stock tanks. My plan is to remove the bed and build a framework to hold them, using the stock mounts inside the frame work. They will be mounted side by side above the frame, centered. I'll retain the plastic "skids" from under them, and apply some reflective coating (like maybe some dynamat) to the "skids" to help keep the heat from the exhaust from affecting the tanks. The framework for the tanks will also form a bedcage, attaching to the frame via DIY4X 's frame/cage tie in kit (to avoid having the rigid bed cage directly attaching to the K30's flexy frame) Then, at the top pf the tank framework, I'll use DIY4X staked cage flanges so the actual upper rollover protection portion can be removed. The reason for making it removable is because the new bed floor will be atop the tank framework and I want to have the whole bed still be removable. (that way I can run bedcage only if going wheeling where body damage is likely) I will be cutting the bed floor out and building a flat floor at the wheelwell's height (to clear the tank holding framework), flanging it around the edges to allow it to be spotwelded to the inner bed walls and be seamsealed around the edges just like the stock bed floor was. That's the plan at least- chopping and cutting the stock bed to make it a 4'6" (inside length) bed with a flat raised floor.
