That went straight over Ben’s head…Its a Mopar....see what he did there

Now that you mention this I do remember now.He actually didn't hide it but spoke about extensively earlier in the planning stage.
He even laughed at what the Mopar purists would say.
I actually agree. There's a significant part of me that wants a rough-but-mostly-solid b-body and a 440 to play with. Just something that is specifically intended to be a good runner, but not a ridiculous build like I'm doing now.I think if one was restoring a charger to mostly stock one should stick with a Mopar power plant
@fastazz81 did you sell David that blower?
I've looked at this a few different ways, and struggled to see a path where I can keep the car low with a flat bottom and a still maintain a stock profile hood. The 1.9L blower I had for a while is pretty tall, and I figure it's representative of the Hellcat and ZR1 units out there. The MSD intake is pretty compact already, and it clears the upper cowl by about 4". We'll soon find out how it clears the hood near the throttle body, but my tape measure and rough math says it will be measured in frog hairs. There is an adapter out to bolt a hellcat supercharger onto a LS, to really mess with peoples minds.
