I had 2 identical Suburbans same gears, same tires size,, one 5.7 and one 7.4 and my 7.4 gets 15% better mileage loaded or empty.I got better mileage with my 454 than my 350 when I swapped... just saying![]()
I’m sure I get people rolling their eyes when I say the 8.1 does as good as the 5.3 used to in my truck.
