Not weighed mine yet. Figure in the 6k+ range
You probably had the tailgate down hahaIn my scaled at 6200 pound truck going over 2x 11000’ passes? Yes
Wouldn’t have mattered, was loaded to the top of the box each way either with parts or BB stuff. It’s pissed off now, must be time for some plugs/filters treatmentYou probably had the tailgate down haha
Holley sniper fixes that.Wouldn’t have mattered, was loaded to the top of the box each way either with parts or BB stuff. It’s pissed off now, must be time for some plugs/filters treatment
It makes it where general maintenance doesn’t need to occur? Interesting, especially considering I replaced the sniper with the ProFlo 4, and it’s been in service 5 years alreadyHolley sniper fixes that.
Only poking fun cause you know why…It makes it where general maintenance doesn’t need to occur? Interesting, especially considering I replaced the sniper with the ProFlo 4, and it’s been in service 5 years already
This is not supposed to be sump, but a baffle so the fuel doesn't run away from the pump at every turn, but gives you a few seconds before all the fuel goes through the holes on one side.Thanks. It *looks* like the same non-effective design, unless you can ascertain there is some sort of one-way setup that isn't clear from the photos?
Frustrating if not, I don't feel it would be ridiculously hard or complex to come up with something effective to keep fuel in the sump.
I understand that isn't an issue for everyone, but it would be nice to have the choice.

He still is running a carb as far as I knowPeople have been using the EP381(??) Delco pump, but I'm kind of fed up with Delco stuff, not sure I'd go there now. That's me though.
Walbro pumps seem to get good marks.
Regulators don't seem to have any problems with the higher pressure of the non-tbi pumps. The far higher pressure/flow pumps are very commonly used with TBI now.
I heard that there were some counterfeit Walbro units around some time ago. I don't know if that is still a problem or not.Walbro pumps seem to get good marks.
