Whatchya building for BB17?

Where are the cabins that some of you stay at? I need to get that booked.

More dynamat and new door seals. That's what I need. The MBRP quiet tone is doing its job, but the 6.2 is just plain loud above 2200RPM.

Window seals and tires are what I need now to quiet things down a little. The generals keep getting louder as they wear and the rear doors blow cold air into the cab through the rotted out window seals. Blows right on the back of your neck.

1 item on the list: Try to build a cage, but if not I'm still going.

Looks like after the Tuttle Creek trip I need to have a list bigger that this.

Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

The shackle flip and new heavy duty shackles are done
Got the drive shaft back from Tom Woods---had it lengthened after the shackle flip and moving the axle back 1 1/2"
New shocks for the rear are on

What is left to do:

1. Install the Ram Assist...includes new Dana 60 cover with tabs welded on for ram assist
2. Port the 2WD steering box for ram assist
3. Install the new tie rod and ends
4. Adjust brakes
5. Tuff Country 6" front springs and new bilstein shocks
6. Roll cage

I have all the parts except front 6" springs and roll cage tubing.

I can't remember who's rig I saw but they had this setup and I thought it was a good way to go. Is the diff cover not a good option?

I have 1/2" tabs to do the axle tube if it is a better option. I got the larger tie rod along with the clamp for the ram side of the assist to hook up to the tie rod from ORD.

I never liked the cover setup.

If nothing else, the axle is solid, and you don't have to pull the ram to service the diff
