Not sure yet. Thought it was kidney infection or kidney stones, but all tests come back negative. They now think it could be a pinched nerve, nerve damage, or messed up lower back muscles. So far $600 in the hole for them to tell me it is not my kidneys.
Next step is go see a Orthopedic surgeon and maybe get an MRI done.

they don't call their business a ''practice'' for nothing...they practicing on you! man, i hope its not your back, man if it is, it gets worse and worse..i mangled my back, started out pulled ligaments and soft tissue damage 10 yrs ago, now i'm eat up w/arthritis and have ddd/degenerative disc disease and djd/diffuse joint disease(where ribs attach to your back)..man pray its not your back...even if your an atheist! i wouldn't wish this on my worse enemy...i don't think i would, depends on how mad i was and if i got rid of it when they got it!..lol

Finally Welded it.
Finally did it. I did the weld an 1" and then 1" 180 degrees from the last weld. I think I did ok for the first time but we will see when I put it back together, hope it's all straight. The settings on the Mig was 20 volts at 245. After the first tube I jumped it to same volts but 265 line speed.

Looks good. Now while it is out grind the bottom lip off of the center section

Ohhh and forgot to mention, I did do some pre-heat. Just hot enough to touch.

How about a little update here?
Who has any failures from welding their tubes?
Who has installed a Ladder, Traction or Anti-wrap bar and did not weld their tubes?

I was going to go that route, but after reading this, and having my axle acid dipped to clean it, and not putting any fluid in it yet, now would be the time....I will also be adding the truss, and Wraptor kit as well.

I got mine welded. Just cranked the mig up and laid a bead. No issues yet
I welded my tubes, one side weld cracked when I landed a jump crooked, on the throttle (wide open) with 48" tires while racing on pavement. A 35 spline Dana 70 shaft broke and the 1/2" wheel centers, housing and leafspring bent at the same time. The springs are inboarded and there is no truss, not really the welds fault.

I just pulled my dana 44, going to a 60. But, I had a big fat weld on the 44. It has held for 15 yrs. It was parked for 13, but, it has held up great.

Another question is "how many plug welds on a FF"? I have a 14SF and there are 4. 2 near the outside and 2 on the inside.
14 bolt FF also has 4. 2 on the pinion side and 2 on the back side.

Not that event, that landing was so smooth I wasnt sure if I was getting air. I did the damage at the Puyallup Fair monstertruck show, my back hurt for a week.
