Ha, I shoved the shizzz out of it to get it to the driver side when it was closing on the passenger fender.. hahah. It worked, so??? Hahah
Well, the shop that did wiring has plans for it. Essentially, that's what it will be.Are you looking at one of the update kits that someone posted?
I can't remember what company it was.
Well, this engine has a long water pump and ram horns. I tried the short pump and didn't fit/work, the "ears" didn't reach the block because of the timing chain cover.I think it is money well spent. Make sure to ask them about compressor options. The original A6 are all rebuilt 4 to 10 times now.
If you don't have all the brackets for original a6, short water pump, ram horn, are not easy to find. You'll need custom so MAW get a good compressor to match.
Got to have good A/C in Phoenix
69 C10There are SO many parts trucks to get the AC components from for that Blazer.

I have no idea what dampener i think an 8" one. The alternator bracket is ICT and the PS bracket was stock. As the ICT bracket I bought I could not use because I couldn't get the nut off the back of the PS pump. The engine is not original. Some hencho in Mexico 350Wow ok, that is a difficult accomplishment, long water pump with short pump pulleys. I didn't notice when I was looking at in person. So did you use a new long pump dampener too ?
Keep them brackets together you should be able to get a nice $$ for a complete set of passenger side ac brackets.
