Ya it's maxed out. I have a new alternator but I'd love to swap it all to serpentine
Get a new belt.

The look with the 37's looks great and the old Chevy 4x4 paint patina is just killer, I agree don't paint.

Man this is deja vu for me, it looks nearly identical to my 72 k20.. that's the regret selling it truck.

Just used a satin black I had laying around. Probably a little to shinny but looks ok
Well after running out of wire and gas. Finnally got the rear perches and shock mounts welded on. I don't weld a lot but I thought these came out fairly well

Well like I said in post earlier. Truck needed a radiator, headers and every one seal on the motor. Also much a nice way to swap out for the hydro bellhousing. Hopefully I'll have it out this weekend. Pulling the front clip turned out to be the most convenient part of the project on my 70 Shortbed. So I pulled the front clip on this truck tonight. Takes less than and hour and some strength but definitely worth it on the body and lower back. Pulled it off all in one piece like a tilt front end.
