In my research I've seen that the Sachs 1050 doesn't have the same clutch mating surface that the McLeod, Novak or Ram conversion flywheel has. Again, not personal experience, just what I've been reading and why I chose to use a RAM 1550X flywheel.

We’re moving this week so I put the front end back together to transport it.

Forgot to post I traded for a 4 speed tilt column and got that and the hydro pedals in. Also got the clutch master cylinder mounted, intake bolted on and throttle hooked up, but not much else.
Got busy with moving and life and didn’t touch this for the better part of a month. I’m now down to just one K5 so I figured I’d better start working on this again.
Peeled off all the old faded purple tint.
Got my seats finally. Going to hopefully have the vinyl replaced and keep the original plaid.
Pulled the bumper, tank, and old fuel lines.

Where did the clutch line come from. I'm prepping for my 4500 install and that adapter and line look like the way I need to go.

Had a local guy repair my seats and try to save the plaid. I think they turned out great.
