From the trans cross member to the middle of the bed has no crossmember so this would go in placeI don't see how adding steel to the frame will fix that. I have never had that problem, but I have nothing but floppy factory frames around here.

Yes, after every wheeling trip the crossmember is loose, and the transfer case is even loose with Nord washers.I believe the thought is the frame flex is causing the trans/tcase leak.
When we rode up hells gate the bed hit the cab. What would be the reason that you would want to put those in ?
Yes, mine dumps fluid like it’s cool. As of right now I’m using the stock 1991 crossmember that was used with a 700r4/NP241Somewhere I remember reading, I think from one of the ORD guys, about mounting the transmission on a single mount to allow it to be able to rock or pivot more easily. With that in mine, I setup the magnum, with 2 spring eye type bushings in line. I had paid attention to the idea because my 700r4/NP241 combo was constantly leaking between the trans and adapter due to the bolts loosening up. I know @ktmoutfront fought with the same problem even with a much more rigid frame.
T case adapter.T case adapter bolts? Or crossmember bolts?
Both on my endT case adapter bolts? Or crossmember bolts?
Probably the holes in the tcase. Was curious what Wade helicoiled
It will still see some wheeling but nothing like it has.If you're not wheeling it anymore it's not going to make any difference because they'll never leak again because you're not wheeling it.
