that looks pretty slick man. so the universal bracket kit worked out real good?
Can you check and see if a car seat will clip to those brackets? My sons big seat will clip into the factory seatbelt rods in the center but Kayla's won't. Than with two seats I have to move brycens to the side so Kayla's base can use the lap belt

With how nonexistent the snow is this year in the Sierras, you could probably go really early in the season. Hell, you could probably drive it right now, but it'd be pretty frigid at night and swimming in the lakes up there would be out of the question (and is one of the best parts of the trip).
front bracket measurement, I suggest at least a half an inch back to avoid a reinforcing piece.

I like those mounts. They need to make something like that for some front seats to go in these old trucks too.
One thing that I'm considering is getting some of these quick-release tracks and mounting a bar across them, to which you could attach those brackets. If I could make sure they'd be safe, and not rattle, I'd like to do it so that even the brackets would come out quick/easy so that I could sleep in the back of the truck without the brackets in the way.

These brackets are used for tying down heavy equipment on trailers, so I think they'd be safe to mount seats to. What I'm not convinced of is if they'd rattle (a problem I do have a solution for...)

im planing on using those in the bed for tying things down
not to much to update, I finally got around to doing a rear disc swap and am now wondering why I waited so long because it now actually stops . I also bit the bullet and got a rear cv drive line, miraculously the vibrations are all gone
