I've got a great pic of my bump.

I’m sitting at like 5.75 inches of travel. Ord small block crossmember for my ls and the diff is a 1/4 below the balancer. Pretty much 4 inch and 35’s my truck looks like a stocker at blazer bash.

Trying to make things fit, rocked the hydro mount up higher but now I think the front cross member is gonna be an issue. Gonna need to be cut out of my way I suspect. PCV links worked great in the rear but proved to suck in the front so metal it is, which immediately became clear I did not cut the body mount near enough for clearance.

How far forward is that?? Looks way out there

Yeah, you realize pretty fast how much easier this would be if there wasn't a frame in the way.
In that last pic, you might be 2 inches further forward than my rig, tough to tell from pic. There's still alot of shit to get in there, so we will see. Radiator clearance with tires, fitting the orbital and steering shaft, etc..

Plus the other big one is panhard mount and how much you have to shorten it. Remember to give more hard clearance on parts than you think!

For sure tons of shit to fit, I cut the arms long. This very likely won't be its final length but obviously I want it as far forward as I can so if I can force it, I will.

My front axle is about in the same area. Went as far forward as I could get. I had to cut up the rad support a lot to get my tires to clear, did not dove it the tires fit up inside, again a lot of cutting. My orbital valve is in a joke of a place but it works. I set the axle at full articulation up on driver side and turned full right, and just kept putting the orbital in different placses till it cleared the tire and steering shaft didn't hit the shock towers. This brings back head achs lol

Thanks for the pics, it's super helpful seeing other set ups. I have no idea how you kept the panhard bracket full length, it wasn't at all an option. The steering will be a challenge, currently the steering column from the firewall exists directly into a shock hoop. Good thing about an orbital though, doesn't matter where you put it.

Did you cut your panhard bracket back some? (Shorten it) I wanted my axle more forward but I was running in to clearance issues with pandhard bracket and steering arms at bump and turned and parnhard tube with diff cover. So I moved the axle back just enough to clear. I seen a few people on YouTube build a standoff on the frame for the tube to land. I'm not a fan I wanted the shock hoops over top the frame. Yes the steering shaft is an issue. I did have to notch the shock hoop tube to clear the steering shaft, not a fan of that choice but I did it.
