2000 GMT400 CREW CAB SFA SWAP-The Warden: Fuel leak fixed and awaiting surgery…

The ultimate goal for this truck is tow duty/family camping trips/small offroad adventures.
Pull your anti lock fuse and that light will go off.

Also it’s a 168 for illumination. Pop off the trim and take out the 4 bolts holding in the gauges
Yeah I need to pull that fuse. And I was wondering what bulb, so thanks for that info.
Happy gauges. That’s good oil pressure at that RPM and temp.

David
At 180k miles, I'm pretty dang happy with the gauges and what they read. I really feel this will be a 500k mile engine eventually.
Look at that fuel gauge. I wish mine looked like that
Took me $80 2 days ago to get it that high lol. 34 gallon tank and diesel is expensive.
Yes, yes I do.
Lol, I knew this was going to come back up.

Paint those wheels white already! Oh and get your windows tinted a little.
I honestly thought about white wheels, and I don't think it would end up looking very good. Maybe if someone can photoshop, then I could picture it more.

As for windows, yeah, it's been bothering me for a while.

Getting closer and closer for the 4x4 swap. Torque converter/new trans/4x4 adapter/t-case/factory rear d-shaft/floor shifter/and tonight I found a possible good front d-shaft down stairs. Gathering all the parts together to start the swap in a couple weeks. Need to clearance the cross over pipe for exhaust, but other than that, it’s all factory replacement stuff. I need this done for winter.

I need details on that single joint flange. Is that a standard saginaw flange? I need that to get rid of the double cardan joint as it binds.

I’d really only be interested in the flange. I have some spares here I can play around with just to see if it will work.
