2000 GMT400 CREW CAB SFA SWAP-The Warden: Fuel leak fixed and awaiting surgery…

The ultimate goal for this truck is tow duty/family camping trips/small offroad adventures.
I'd love to do a late 90s or newer half ton and just swap in a 10 bolt and low lift for a daily driver. It would ride so much better and go way more places than my super duty that gets stuck in an inch of sand. Problem is with 4 kids I can't have anything les than a 6 seater now. Maybe a half ton sub is in my future. :burb:

Haha, it's the only way I'll go now that I have a family. I am trying to get this done, so I can sell my Heep. I don't even want to drive it anymore. Although, it has been a good backup vehicle.

You know, it's kinda funny how alike we have been with vehicles (relatively). Our K5's looked identical (until I went to 44's...still waiting for you to get on that one...) we both purchased crew cabs to build for hauling/family use, and I have a 96 Cherokee with a 5 speed I DD everyday back and forth to work....I'm starting to think you are stalking me (and I'm sure you think the same thing about me)....bahahaha

I just sold a jeep Cherokee, wasn't my DD though just a quick money maker. LOL and I got a crew cab super duty and a blazer. I'd much rather have an older crew cab chevy...some day.
