2000 GMT400 CREW CAB SFA SWAP-The Warden: Fuel leak fixed and awaiting surgery…

The ultimate goal for this truck is tow duty/family camping trips/small offroad adventures.
I'm drilling the unit bearings for the 8x6.5 bolt pattern. Got a buddy with a machine shop, and a water jet.
I see, that works since you got connections. If not there's a place called www.ezaccessory.com that sells 8x6.5 to super duty adapters for a reasonable price. Are you just gonna weld on new spring perches or set your spring width to match the super duty axle?

I should actually be able to run ORD's offset Dodge bushings backwards, and help with the overall difference in spacing. But i'll post up the results here.

Started on the front hangers a bit tonight. This being a 2wd truck, it required some frame cutting. Measured twice, cut once. I will end up boxing the front where I cut it to add back some rigidity. No clearance issues so far that I can see.
