Nice! Nah, I'm just interested in everyone's opinion on stuff like this and it's obvious to me Greg, as well as many others on here, have forgotten more than I will ever know about these things. Funny timing though, I just got off the phone with ORD. I ran the entire situation past him, and, after a few questions about intended use/etc. - he said keep my stock springs. He actually said a lot of times the later model springs make it sit lower in the rear because of the.......uhm....angle or something. So as of right now I intend to keep the stock springs (to start) and go from there.
He also told me about a place here in CA where I can get a running 6L Chevy engine with fuel injection for $3500......I'm going to look into that.
