cool looking site, but no price listings, or pic on pictures?

You'll have to call and give them your specs.

Here are mine. Both lines from the top of the diff to the calipers. With a clear plastic cover and DOT approval they were about $65 shipped.

The line that drops down from the frame to the "t" is a Superlift part.

I like that setup. nice layout of the lines.
thanks for the ref.

good god man.that is a pile of parts.awesome stuff.i finally just got mine registered in the first time in 4 years.now have to makeit legal again.im gonna take 2 grand from my tax return and start buildin again.mostly just a lot of body work.but its good to see other people makin this kind of progress.

T400 output to 203/T350 to 203 comparison

I decided with my Fresh Big Block, going in the truck and having a T400, I wanted all the strength through the transfer case system I could get. I don't want to have to take this bitch apart, once I get it together.

I think you can guess which is which.

Man, I look back on stuff, and feel like I haven't been making good progress at all. I mean 3 months, and I ain't even puttin' sh!t back together yet.

Daryl, I can see what we were talking about now. Did that rust away, or did they ride them down that far?
Them drums are heavy bitches ain't they!
Give em to GTD to chew on.:p:

Lets plan on Bundy Hill sometime in May then....hopefully I can have this bitch running by then.

And how about a meet and greet in Feb.
Lets go to Daryl's in Jackson?

32 spline on the left.
27 spline on the right?

Yep, the 27 spline is for mating to a 203 that was behind a T350.

I thought I was going to use this piece, but just decided I want the extra beef of the T400 32 spline, because of the big block.

ORD steering braces installed today:

Some frame prep, light cleanup of the frame:

HPIM1599.jpg

a coat of weld through zinc coating, just make sure you clean it off where you are going to run a bead. Some of my crappy beads I feel were because of the zinc coating.
(I forgot to clean off the zinc Paul, as you suggested before).

HPIM1601.jpg

back side of the braces with a coating of zinc:

HPIM1600.jpg

welded up the front crossmember in a few spots for some extra strength:

HPIM1602.jpg

HPIM1603.jpg

I bolted on the bolt on brace to tighten every thing in place, then hammered the weld on brace into position for welding, this shows the welding done, and brace in place:

HPIM1606.jpg

HPIM1605.jpg

Done deal...I cleaned up the welds with a grinder, and smoothed out the seating surface where the steering box will be bolted on, then a coat of zinc:

looks good... seam sealer on the exposed joint is a nice addition...

Hah, looks like you have the easy way to get that brace one...a bare frame.

Putting one on a fully functional diesel truck is fun, lemme tell ya...I get to do it a second time soon enough!

Man AJ, I don't envy you.......I was thinking that very thing today while working on it. It was another reason I wanted to take the body off the frame to do all these mods. My old ass is getting tired of crawling under them.
I was thinking while welding stuff inside the rails, what a pain it would be to have all the drivetrain and body in the way.....well worth pulling it off for me.
