In that case you need this one.http://www.lsxtune.com/shop/product_info.php/cPath/109_130_132/products_id/759

I think some of confusion comes from the fact that the female connector takes male terminals. Either that the person who put the Terminal Supply page together can't tell the difference between male and female.

Male terminals goes into female connectors.
Female terminals goes into male connector. (That just sounds wrong)
And they all goes together in glorious electrical orgy.

thanks JD....that looks like the setup I need, much appreciated.
Do you know if those red cable seals are solid or do they have a hole in them? I guess I could put a dab of silicone in them if they have a hole though. I wouldn't need the connector pins for just a plug either, or am I missing something?

Got it
Thanks again for the links
I had no idea where to look for them!

Meh, Delphi stuff is easy to find. Try looking for something non-GM like Ford or Mopar. Ford it seems have their own stuff, but has farmed some of out. Dodge, oh my god dodge, seems like they took the AMC way and got electrical connectors from a whole lot of companies. I spent months in my free time looking for terminals.

finally getting ready for the dunes and find this...

I noticed the glittery gear lube when I pulled the axle to change the outer axle seal (gasket) this is the side that ate up a bearing while @ BB11...spindle got chewed up pretty good. the chewed up spindle is the first pic....these new bearings feel good, so I'll change the fluid and go with it, but the gear pattern has me a bit concerned???

first pics are the original pattern, and the second two are the present ...the pattern looks long to me, like full contact of the tooth from toe to heel...is it OK?

had a hard time getting good resistance on the pinion while turning, but this is what I got...

With what I've learned and done to a 14B in the last 7 years I would check the backlash and run it.

Make the backlash mid spec of it's out of line and go. How many miles will you honestly ever drive this? I say that even with that pattern not being optimum you have tens of thousands of miles in that gear set.

I'll give it a check, and I'm putting it back together...Its trailered most places, most on road miles at anyone time has been about 20...that was going to BFE at BB11, then we found the bearing eating itself up.

getting .007-.008 backlash.
The cover is back on now, just need to finish up the spindle end of things!

Sounds like a good spec to me!

If you have anything else that needs done when you get here, you know I'm always good for some help.

Just make sure to lay your tools out so I can spill lots of brake fluid on them :D

I'll give you one good shot at em Adam!...:haha::haha::haha:

I want to get the M/C changed tomorrow, then check the plugs and timing....everything else is luxuries!

You are getting too fancy. Where are all the zip tie mods????

Can't wait to see the maiden. She never disappoints me :pimp:

That's pretty much what you had before a little low but very runnable. I.E. perfect.

Time to let the big block eat
