56's, but the shackle hangers are in the 52" spot, and reversed side to side56's?
I moved them back an inch, cutting and welding in 2x4 crossmembers now.

Do you have a filler picked out?

Not true, he left his brackets in the same location . . . and then welded another bushing sleeve on![]()
If I do a K5/burb tank, the fill will go behind the tail light.
What's your gas tank, rear end clearance looking like?
This is good to know. I didn't have my frame rails perfectly parallel when I tightened my engine crossmember down and it threw it all out of whack. Flimsy frame...I should also mention, it's amazing how much rigity has been added with the crossmembers and small amount of boxing that's been added.

The diy4x frame boxing kit has been taunting me but I think my plasma cutter and some inexpensive plate is going to win the battle.Doesn't take much to throw it out of wack, lots of measuring and supporting before burning crossmembers in. Next up is the front crossmember, I need to remove the OE one and weld in the 2x4 with some gussets.
