Thanks. Tentative plan is to use a 90 and flip it vertical on the inside of the bed. Probably use some sort of marine style screw on gas lid.
 
Yeah I don't remember where I saw it but when I did I thought it was perfect.
 
I should also mention, it's amazing how much rigity has been added with the crossmembers and small amount of boxing that's been added.

This is good to know. I didn't have my frame rails perfectly parallel when I tightened my engine crossmember down and it threw it all out of whack. Flimsy frame...

Doesn't take much to throw it out of wack, lots of measuring and supporting before burning crossmembers in. Next up is the front crossmember, I need to remove the OE one and weld in the 2x4 with some gussets.

The diy4x frame boxing kit has been taunting me but I think my plasma cutter and some inexpensive plate is going to win the battle.
