Got my led lights installed. What a difference and I like it.

What leds did you use? I like the idea, and I like the pictures I have seen (of bright, shining gauge clusters), but the leds I used are dimmer than the stock bulbs were. No improvement at all. :doah:
 
Just some cheapo eBay ones. The thing that makes it bright is painting the inside housing with chrome spray paint.

This is definitely good info, my summit long tubes are 1/8" from my front driveshaft. Thanks man!

I was thinking of going with a set of these headers on my truck These are a set of mid-length headers from FlowTech PN# 11508 (owned by the Holley company). The fitment chart says they are for square body GM trucks. I wanted to try a set of mid-length headers because I have had some fitment problems with full length headers in the past with a couple of my old square bodied 4X4 trucks.
