I just use my phone 99% of the time, and it isn't letting me.
For a small yearly fee. It's worth it.
Been trying to get stuff done to possibly make it to Tuttle on memorial day weekend. Was going to make exhaust but realized I need to make a driveshaft first.
Got some tubing that fit around my stock shaft.
Cut the driveshaft in half.
Attached both ends to the truck with the slip yoke in mid range and cut the new tube to length and welded it.
Painted it, of course.
Just need a new u joint and test it out.

That's a great idea, not sure why I've never thought of that!
Are you going to try to balance it? Or do you simply not care about the balance on the front shaft?

You are correct. I don't see a need to balance it.
I figured out where I was going to use this stolen info. I will need to do the same thing when I clock my t-case. Thanks for info on this one, you have eased my worries.

Had to test it out and @Orange_roc heard/saw me go by and got some pics.
Have a total of $31 into the driveshaft. Sure beats $200+. Next on the list is exhaust.

It flexes a ton, no where near maxed out in the pics. Drives fine on the street. Body roll is a little more noticeable than your standard lift.
Were you able to use that exhaust you got from Jake?
