Update: 14bsf is finally in. I didn't take a whole lot of pictures as I was busy. I had a friend help me one night, but I pretty much had to muscle this thing in and out mocking up spring perches and shock tabs by myself, so thats why there is a lack of pictures. Sorry they are were taking with my blackberry, I couldnt find my camera
10 Bolt Gone:
Hacking off old spring pads, bumpstop pads, and shock tabs. I nicked the tubes a couple of times with the torch (beer might have been involved

) but I welded the nicks up and smoothed them out.
Buddy of mine, Evin, grinding off what my bad torchwork left behind:
Picture of the shop/Blazer waiting new rearend/Evin grinding some more:
Cleaned up and tacking spring pads in place to mock up:
Test fitting, making sure pinion angle was correct as well as spring pad spacing and placement:
Few pics of the disk brake setup that went on. Unfortunately I didn't take any pics of it actually on the axle.
Everything welded up, painted up, and finally home:
Tire sits just outside the fenderwell now, same as the front. This axle should be 3" wider, but I didn't measure it:
