I thought those 1410 CV were a Dodge Ram application at least that's all I could find when I needed one 7 or 8 years ago. Maybe they're used in more applications now, which is a good thing.

@mrk5 you’re right it could be a Dodge part, both Dodge and Ford used the big CV’s in diesels starting around 2006.
I bought this one from HAD because i needed the flange and he will add that that welded on “bushing” to step it up from the OE small diameter tube size to what you need (3” for me). Of course, he never said what it fit or listed the part number so I’m just guessing on the actual application, it looks like one of the 3 Neapco bumpers I found that cross reference to Super Duty’s.
You know, I completely forgot about the front shaft from my 06 Dodge being in the shop, I’ll compare the 2 CV’s this afternoon.

Me too! lol I took several days off last week to just do the wheels/tires and then spent most of it doing honey-dos.

Or Neapco N924141HAG if you want a 30 degree cv instead of a 22 degree.
I’m pretty sure this is the one I was looking at, I found one nnew on eBay but ultimately bought it from HAD because of the bushing.
Mine came from HAD too. Shortly after I got it, it dropped out of the truck doing about 35. The bolts had fallen out of the flange and from there it broke itself out of the rear yoke.
I found parts enough to fix it on the Internet. Since then I've had it re-tubed twice by a local shop. The first time they rebuilt the 1410 CV too because I had really just done bandaid repair. But they've always been cool about working on it.
Incidentally the last time I had it out for the new bed the bolts tried to fall out of the flange again. This time I know I used blue locktite along with split washers under the bolt heads. It seems like this setup needs re-tightened a few hundred miles after installation. Don't know why but seems to be a consistent occurrence.
Good to know. When I took the shaft out the bolts were still tight but it only had a couple hundred miles on it. I’ll be sure put Loctite and washers on it.

I bolted up the front tires today, I’m trying to decide if I like the width. It looks like it could be a problem on trails (and the trailer). I’m going to drive some and see how it feels, I really don’t want to do a bunch of caliper grinding but I will if I need to.
The rears aren’t on because I need to trim the studs, they’re too long for the 1.5” wheel spacers.
Someone asked for a Bogger (15x11) vs TSL (16.5x12) comparison (both 39.5).
This looks pretty good to me. Note the difference front (spacers) to rear (no spacers).

Definitely not going to fit between your fenders, looks good in a mud truck sort of way!
Just a fyi , stock Dana 60 with the same boggers on mine did not fit between fenders of my trailer.

The trailer really isn’t an issue because I have drive over fenders. The Blazer didn’t fit with the 43’s so I’ve always had to climb over, spooky feeling. I’m a little worried about the overall footprint on the deck, the old set up left about 1/3 of the tires hanging over the edge whereas this set up looks like it’s be at least 1/2. I need to put a tape on the truck.
My trailer doesn't have fenders. I just drive over the trailer tires!

You can always borrow my 220 mig....
Grab he steel and bring the trailer up. It is a short drive.Yeah extensions could be added, just need steel, a real welder and some skill.
