I ended up having to get different electric fans to fit the radiator better. These are from a 2000ish Pontiac Grand Am. They are a perfect fit to my radiator and they move a lot of air. I don't think I 'll run into any overheating problems at all. As you can see below I had to clearance some of the supports for the fans to clear the water pump pulley. Pretty tight clearances but it works great!
I got the drive shaft to fit by cutting off the vibration damper on the slip yoke, the only problem is that I need to bleed the clutch more and the fuel pump isn't staying on after the initial priming when you turn the key on. I just need to jump some wires and it'll be good to go.

) and found it was easiest to bench bleed the entire set up out of the truck and then install as one unit but looks like space is a bit more limited in your case.
